Sodbury Property Consultancy Limited was founded on the basis of providing a service tailored to every customer and a report as unique as every property.
We offer RICS Level 2 and 3 surveys to home buyers across Bristol, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Wiltshire and South Wales. We cover all building types from new builds to medieval timber-framed cottages and everything in between. Our founder, Matthew Gardiner MRICS, has extensive experience surveying all ages and types of buildings and is an expert on historic buildings and the problems they face, giving trusted advice without blowing issues out of proportion!
