With over 16 years' experience in the property and construction industry, our founder Matthew Gardiner MRICS has provided surveying services to homeowners and commercial clients alike. After a varied career in Bristol-based property consultancies large and small, Matthew qualified with the RICS as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2017. He has since led a team of surveyors in a large Top 50 Construction Consultancy before establishing Sodbury Property in May 2020.
