WHICH SURVEY DO I NEED?

There are three main types of survey available to people looking to purchase a residential property. The video to the right explains the types briefly.

Here at Sodbury Home Surveys, we like to keep things simple for you. We have two types of survey available:

Level 2 House Surveys -  the best survey type for modern & uncomplicated properties.  Delivered in accordance with the Home Survey Standard (1st Edition) RICS Professional Statement and is equivalent to Level 2. 

Level 3 House Surveys -  the best survey type for older, complex & heavily altered or extended properties.  Delivered in accordance with the Home Survey Standard (1st Edition) RICS Professional Statement and is equivalent to Level 3.
